Commissary Cook Job Description:
- Prepare food and meals according to the recipe or menu
Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment- Assist and cook production dishes according to company's standard and quality
Ensure food and all other items are stored properly
- Check the quality of ingredients
Monitor stock and place orders to avoid shortage.
Job Requirements:- Proven Experience as Cook for at least 3-5 years
Knowledge of various cooking procedures (frying, grilling, boiling, baking etc.)
- Able to understand and follow units of measurements
Experienced in using cooking utensils, tools and kitchen equipment- Can follow sanitation procedures properly
Excellent physical conditions
- Good communication skills
