Job DescriptionQualifications:
- Degree holder preferably in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business-related course
At least three to four 3 - 4 year work experience preferably in a commissary
or food manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in material and inventory management, planning and control, and technical knowledge on basic food science and technology principles and production management systems
Knowledge in manufacturing operations
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Formulates operational plans, recommends and implements all strategies and programs to ensure the proper maintenance of the smooth operation and efficiency of the production through managing the four M's namely Manpower, Machine, Materials and Methods.
Conducts regular monitoring of existing system and procedures and implements necessary adjustments- Ensures Production schedules to effectively attain delivery of customer's requirements.
Monitors availability of materials and ensures timely requisition
- Ensures adequate manning and positioning of line-personnel to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity
Prepares and ensures timely submission of monthly manpower report to determine manpower utilization level- Conducts regular monthly audits on conditions of all facilities and equipment
Submits a deviation report to the General Manager.
