We are looking for a COMMISSARY COOK IN- CHARGE willing to be assign at SM Uptown Cagayan De Oro City in a Japanese Restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Handles all Preparation in Commissary Kitchen
- Observe all stipulations in NDA (non-disclosure agreement) specifically the procedures and recipes.
- Preparing ingredients, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, organizing and basic cleaning in the kitchen.
- Communicating with the chef or supervisor, and ensuring proper presentation of food as directed by the chef.
Key Skills
- Graduate of HRM or Culinary Education / Training.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role especially in Japanese Cuisine is a plus.
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
