Job Description:
They are responsible for preparation of ingredients for Senior Chefs. Supports Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work. They also work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie. To conduct stock takes and compile stock lists to help with order requirements. They should be able to perform control food stock and food cost in their section. Knows how to coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Culinary Arts, or equivalent;
At least 1 year experience in handling kitchen tasks with expertise in breads;- Ability to prepare food in hygienic and timely manner;
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes;
- With keen attention to details, good taste and smell in order to ensure the best quality for the finished products;
Assist with the cleaning, hygiene, and organization of kitchen, barge in coolers, and all storage areas; and- Has the ability to work on variable occasion, including early mornings, evening and/or weekends.
