Job Description

JOB SUMMARY :

This position exists to support the Company's Mission & Vision through
  • Meal Portioning
Preparing and plating of meals in the Meal Portioning area.
  • Conducting required tasks in the daily preparation, production and/or plating of meals according to clients specifications and MACS standards.
  • Hot Kitchen
Cooking and preparing meals required in the hot kitchen areas
  • Conducting required tasks in the daily preparation, production and/or plating of meals according to clients specifications and MACS standards
  • Pre-prep/Fruits & Vegetables
Preparing of meal components required in the fruits or vegetable kitchen areas.
  • Conducting required tasks in the daily preparation, production and/or plating of meals according to clients specifications and MACS standards.
  • Cold Kitchen
Preparing and plating of required meals in the cold kitchen areas.
  • Conducting required tasks in the daily preparation, production and/or plating of meals according to clients specifications and MACS standards
  • Butchery
Preparing meats and other meals required in the Butchery kitchen area.
  • Conducting required tasks in the daily preparation, production and/or plating of meals according to clients specifications and MACS standards.
  • Bakery & Pastry
Preparing and baking of required meals in the Bakery or Pastry kitchen areas.
  • Conducting required tasks in the daily preparation, production and/or plating of meals according to clients specifications and MACS standards.


  • QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of college education or equivalent 2 year vocational course graduate related with culinary arts.
  • At least 3 years work experience and at least 1 year experience of the same position in the catering, hospitality industry.
Good in conducting required tasks in the daily preparation, production and/or plating of meals according to clients specifications and MACS standards.
  • Licensure or Certification: Advantage if with related TESDA NC II certificate - NCII Cookery, Bread and Pastry
