Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
Prepare and cook mezza according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and mezza preparation checklist.
- Monitor mezza quality while preparing.
Set-up and break down work stations.- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
At Least 1-2 years of proven work experience- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Familiar with industry's best practices- BS degree in culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
