Job Description

As a Manager for Delivery Managers and Commercial Support in AEVEN you will be responsible for delivery and quality within your area of responsibility and ensure that financial management of customer contracts live up to our standards and obligations.

You will be responsible for classic data center delivery and quality within the service area of responsibility and ensure that financial management of customer contracts live up to our standards and obligations.

You will mandate to lead service lines in a matrix organization, hereunder including report-, incident-, problem and service request management.

You will have direct relations with counterparts at customers and participate in processes as well as daily operations and business development activities.

You will be a strong representative for AEVEN's services, and through your professionalism, business sense and follow-up abilities you will become a valued strategic business partner for our customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree level of study
  • Minimum (5) years of experience in a similar role, or as Project Manager or People Leader
  • Good overview and understanding of IT Operations, Development, and Methods and are ITIL certified (ITIL3 / ITIL4 certification) or have worked according to ITIL for some years.
  • Strong leadership skills and possess an outstanding ability to manage customer relations, negotiate, build, motivate, and develop people in a cross-divisional matrix organization.
  • Management experience or detailed expert knowledge within a single field of work.
  • Outstanding relationship builder and communicate well with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent English communications skills, with a strong customer focus and project lead experience.
  • Preferable can speak and read in the Danish Language

Preferred Qualification:

  • The role we are seeking has experience with the financial, service management, and contractual part of managing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT service management and financial processes for customer accounts.
  • Handle relations as the customer's point of contact on a senior stakeholder level
  • Manage a classic service line delivery.
  • Manage and negotiate Contract SLA's, KPI's etc.
  • With analytical skills and a proactive attitude, ensure financial management and control of our customer contracts.
  • Report, invoice, and follow up on finances.
  • Drive continual improvement processes across customers with a focus on process optimization and automation.
