Job Description- Execute and manage the projects acquired by the Managing Director.
Support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities, and contributing to the overall success of every event and exhibition.- Assist the Commercial Lead in every meeting and marketing event with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Attend project management activities: ingress, event proper, and egress
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and closing deals.
Maintain and update client and supplier databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Coordinate logistics for client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments.
Create and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.- Collect feedback from clients and communicate insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Assist in planning and coordination of events and exhibitions, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and attendees.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information promptly.
Coordinate with the sales team by collating project requirements and collaterals for printing.- Work closely with the Creative and Sales Department in ensuring that all the approved artworks are printed correctly and in high quality.
Ensure that all the artworks for printing adhere to the company's branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the Creative Department in drafting social media contents for posting to different social media accounts of the company.
Ensure the adequacy of marketing and sales-related resources every presentation and client meetings.- Create time and motion for the sales team in every project.
Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Provide insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.- And perform other tasks that will support the Commercial Department.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relative- With at least 3 years experience in exhibits and events is preferred
With strong organizational and project management skills
Willing to travel locally or internationally
