As a Commercial Planning Executive, you are expected to lead and manage SFP (Smoke Free Products) cycle together with Marketing and Channels and be able to propose business solution by analyzing data sets and forecast performance. This role plays a crucial role in aligning SFP's commercial strategy and egine with its overall business objectives and piecing together the plans then translating into a cohesive and wholistic execution plans.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead the team in making insightful analysis and recommendations based on all available data, including Sales volumes and other internal data, field surveys and other research. Provide business solutions and pivots by preparing end to end reports, analyze patterns and behaviors, and generate insights for the channels with close coordination with Commercial Reporting Team.
  • Take charge on monthly forecasting for kits, offtake, and users per brand and be able to head monthly business reviews with Channels and Program owners to identify gaps, efficiencies, and opportunity areas and translate these numbers and plans into management reports and scenario analyses to provide business solutions
  • Spearhead regular cycle-based initiatives and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure on time and quality execution and accurate monitoring of agreed KPIs while preparing analysis from the previous program and input to the cycle plan or pivots
  • Handle developing and implementing strategic plans by providing commercial planning directions to Channels, together with Commercial Planning Manager, in relation to Cycle Plans to ensure efficient operation and that all tasks are performed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Manage commercialization of dashboards and reports in coordination with Commercial Reporting Team, IT, Hub, Retail Partner, and CSC by ensuring data integrity and accuracy backend such as in DCE2, frontliner mapping and daily tagging, etc

Who we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience in sales, sales insights, sales reporting, sales information, strategic analysis and project management
  • Experience in working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve potential issues in planning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting plans as needed
  • Experience with project management, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to convey plans to channels
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies
  • Advanced MS Skills required (especially in MS Excel)
