A. Job Purpose:- Managing and supervising the Commercial and Business Unit Team to achieve sales target and implementation of projects.
- B. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and support to Sales Team, Design & Cost Team and Field Operation Team.
- Set and achieve individual and team's sales targets and quotas.
Generate high-quality sales leads.- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Meet up or visit clients to present the company, solutions, and services.
- Manage clients met and unmet needs or requirements.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Design Engineers, and Technical teams to develop aligned solutions and strategies that optimize value for both the client and the company.- Prepare technical and financial proposals and documents ensuring completeness, comprehensiveness, and compliance.
Negotiate contracts with clients, distributors and manufacturers to increase value.
- Secure input from all client stakeholders and adapting the sales strategy as necessary to ensure appropriate support and deal close.
Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities with clients for long-term partnership.- Attend product enablement meetings to expand knowledge on products and solutions that could address client needs.
Help customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports; and identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to management.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Marketing.Licensed Engineer is preferred but not required.
- With at least 3 years of industry experience in a Business to Business (B2B), Large/Strategy Customer Segment / Business Development /Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage to High Voltage electrical equipment and services or related products/services and/or related industry is required for this position.
With Supervisory Skills and/or Project Management Skills.- Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
Sound Technical Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner, and interpersonal skills.
