JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have a high school diploma, college level, or graduated from a vocational course
Should have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field- Prior customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for handling the signing of all billing of Regular and some SAM Accounts in Metro Manila areas, especially Pasig, Makati, Ortigas, and Mandaluyong Clients
- Perform collection activities in coordination with the RMG Manager and Officers
Securely send billings, Letter Notices, and statements of accounts for counter invoices and other documents to the intended location or recipient promptly.- Plan the most efficient and expedited itineraries from place to place; organize the schedule accordingly
Handle some tasks for accounting and HR Matters
- Perform or schedule standard maintenance of assigned motorcycle vehicle
May perform office, clerical, and other related duties as assigned- Preparation of Sales Invoice and Receipt
Encoding and Monitoring of accounts.
- Follow up on payments to clients and coordinate clients concerns with the concerned department
