Overview:We are seeking for a motivated and experienced Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting debtors and collecting outstanding payments from various types of debts, including credit cards, personal loans, housing loans, and auto loans.
Contact borrowers via phone, field visitation, email, and letters to remind them of overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and terms with borrowers to facilitate repayment.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
Resolve disputes and handle inquiries related to outstanding debts.
Proven experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role is a plus, but we also encourage inexperienced candidates to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection.
High school diploma or equivalent.
