Job Description:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collections specialists to achieve department goals and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
Organize and lead team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance updates.- Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate payment plans with high-value or complex accounts.
Comply with overall call quality standards and meet defined team goals and activity metrics
- Provides exceptional service while being empathetic when evaluating customers situations to provide relevant solutions and works in a professional, customer-centric, and high-volume environment
Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of related experience.
- Preferably with collections or sales background.
Candidate must at least complete 2 years in college.- Experience in using Salesforce or similar application/CRM is an advantage.
Excellent communications skills.
