We are looking for experienced Collection Agents or Debt Collectors who can effectively collect payments from US clients. BONUS STRUCTURE:
- Php 1,500 Weekly Bonus: Awarded for meeting the base quota.
Additional Php 1,000 Bonus
: Awarded if the quota is exceeded by 200% in the same week
We are a fast-paced app development agency and your role will involve reaching out to clients daily to secure payments on unpaid invoices and resolving their billing concerns including retaining customers from cancelling.
Must have clear conversational English, no heavy accent or pausing to think of English words constantly
- Must have prior experience supporting US or Australian customers
Must have worked in a collections or retention role in the past
- Must be able to meet daily collection quotas
Strong communication and negotiation skills- Salary Range: 20K-30K pesos monthly - higher pay is available if you have exceptional skills.
Location and Schedule:- Work on-site at our office in I.T. Park Cebu
Nightshift: 11pm to 8am PH time - Monday to Friday.
