In this role, you will handle crucial tasks like invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate broker payments, and following up on past-due accounts. Your ability to communicate professionally with brokers, adhere to documented processes, and maintain accurate records will be key.

• Promptly transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately
  
• Set up new broker payments by coordinating with brokers via phone and email, ensuring our payment details are correct in their systems
  
• Follow up on past-due accounts, contacting brokers to secure timely payments
  
• Adhere to documented processes across all functions and maintain accurate records
  

Requirements

Skills to Seal the Deal

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  
• Strong written and verbal business English communication skills
  
• 2-3+ years experience working with a U.S.-based company (startup experience preferred)
  
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  
• Strong desire to learn, improve, and respond to feedback effectively
  
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Suite, and Slack
  
• Background in accounting, customer service, or as an executive assistant is a plus
