• Invoicing: Quickly and accurately transcribing, creating, and sending customer invoices.
  
• New Broker Payment Setup: Communicating with brokers via phone and email to understand their invoicing process, ensuring invoices are submitted for payment, and confirming our payment details are correctly set up in their system.
  
• Past Due Follow-up: Communicating with brokers over the phone about overdue payments and collaborating with them to collect payments.
  
• Record Keeping: Ensuring all work follows documented processes and maintaining accurate records.
  

Requirements

Bring Your Know-How to the Table: Expertise That Makes a Lasting Impact

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  
• Excellent written and verbal business English communication skills.
  
• 2-3+ years of experience working with a US-based company (US startup experience preferred).
  
• Ability to self-motivate, think creatively, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks, delivering results even when faced with changing requirements and priorities.
  
• Desire and ability to learn from feedback and continuously improve.
  
• Experience in Excel, Google Suite, and Slack.
  
• Prior experience in accounting, customer service, or as an executive assistant (a plus).
