The Role: Collections Reporting Analyst (EMEA Shift)

The Team / The Business: The S&P Global Credit and Collections team is responsible for the collection of all accounts receivable. They are to carry out this responsibility following established business procedures and policies that are set up to protect revenue while at the same time providing excellent customer service.

The Impact: This role will be part of the global collections team of the S&P Global Market Intelligence Segment.

Key Responsibilities
Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points on a Daily/Weekly and monthly basis.
Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
Support various departments within the OTC environment.
Support MICFR Team Leads with Goal setting and monitor results and provide quarterly actual v goal reporting.
Preparation of all MICFR collections reporting for the Team Leads, Managers and Senior Leadership.
Collation and store all Controls data, and monthly ATB.
Assist the leadership team in developing collections strategies, workflow assignments, and performing account level analysis and reviews.
Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures related to payment, cancellation, and suspension/termination of customer services
Working closely with Team Leads and S&P Global management to implement process policies that contribute to effective collections reduction of delinquency
Leadership and Execution of special projects related to Order to Cash and Collections as required.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Highly motivated individual who is a quick learner and have the ability to work independently in a high pace environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while focusing on details and meeting deliverable requirements and deadlines.
Experienced in providing reports to Internal and External Stakeholders.
Passionate with results with the ability to meet in tight AD-HOC deadlines.
2-3 years of experience in Billing, Accounts receivable, and/or Finance team roles desired.
Excellent interpersonal, motivational and leadership skills.
Knowledgeable with Tableau, Salesforce, Oracle, Akritiv and Blue prism is a plus. Comfortability with MS Office suite including Excel is required.
Commitment to service excellence and experience in customer service operations.
Project management experience.
Amenable to work EMEA Hours
Amenable to work in our Pasig Office (Hybrid)
