What You'll Do
- Meet and work directly with collections analytics manager to help deliver key collections results
- Coach and mentor analysts under resource and cost management
- Monitor and update collections capacity plan keeping aligned with business goals and budget
- Manage, extract and analyse information from databases
- Create tools will automate/optimize/improve existing collection processes
- Actively monitor collections expenses, investigate and explain source and impact of any occurencies
- Provide reports and bussiness analysis and insight
What You Need To Have
- At least Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or any related course
- 3 years+ of professional experience in the field of database systems and analytics
- Proven business acumen for resource and cost management
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of hypothesis testing and usage of typical statistical tests (e.g t-test, ANOVA, etc).
- Proficiency in using microsoft office tools.
- Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Skilled with R or Python programming.
- Advanced active knowledge and experience with SQL (Oracle).
- Knowledge in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Nice to have: Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science
- Experience in Artificial Inteligence, Neural Networks, other advanced tools and methods of Machine learning
