This position is primarily responsible in ensuring that collections support and quality key result areas are met redounding to the overall contribution to the attainment of the business goals and the Bank as a whole.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversees the Team and ensures that all Collection Support services are executed, delivered and achieved accurately within TAT such as but not limited to centralized digital communication, contact tracing, negative data reporting and updating, payment arrangement monitoring and postdated check inventory, collection-related service requests, pre-legal and legal document requirement management.
- Oversees and approves the Division's inventory and vendor management such as but not limited to monthly inventory of equipment, and inventory and requisition of office supplies and payment to vendors/suppliers
- Oversees the Budget Management of the Division monitors expenses of the Division vis--vis the annual budget in collaboration with the Department and Team Heads to ensure that expenses are within the approved budget
- Monitors the productivity of the team and institutes corrective measures to achieve the target turnaround time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
- With extensive experience in handling collection-related job and supervising people, service sales, or agency management
- Attended various seminars on supervisory skills, customer service, and collection techniques
