PURPOSE:Collections Associate position exist in order to support the billing and collection through collecting payments and delivering statement of accounts (SOA) on time within the limits of converge clients and company policies.
- College Graduate of any course.
Minimum 2-3 years experienced in the same field.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience in computer application (excel; word).
- Monitors daily collections logbooks assigned by his/her superior.
Collects payments and other documents assigned by his/her superiors.
- Issues official receipts to clients with complete information.
Records and remits all collection promptly and fully document.- Monitors official receipts inventory and remits on time to treasury.
- Bill printing and sorting assigned by his/her superior.
Delivers SOA before due dates based on the assigned areas.- Delivers Notice of Disconnection and Demand Letter based on assigned areas.
Records information such as received and delivered and recipients.
- Submits all necessary reports to his/her superiors as required.
