Responsibilities_
- Primarily monitors delinquent accounts
Communicates with buyers thru calls to assist them in settling their accounts- Attends to the concerns of delinquent cases
_Qualifications
_- Candidate must be at least a graduate of 2 year Diploma course
Experience in a BPO industry or with delinquent buyers is preferred;
- Must possess excellent communication and customer relations skills;
Preferably from or willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
