Responsibilities_
- Primarily monitors delinquent accounts
Communicates with buyers thru calls to assist them in settling their accounts- Attends to the concerns of delinquent cases
_Qualifications
_- Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's Degree Graduate
Experience in a BPO industry or with delinquent buyers is required;
- Must have at least less than a year experience in Customer Service;
Must possess excellent communication and customer relations skills;- Preferably from or willing to be assigned in
Ortigas Center, Pasig City
