The Collection Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring collection on all accounts and acting on overdue to make it current, to ensure the quality of the collateral of all credit accounts of the store.
- Resolution of Overdue Accounts.
- Collateral Inspection.
- Task:
- Collecting from accounts that fails to pay on or before the due date.
- Acting on overdue accounts (resolution on overdue accounts)
- Handling repossession of delinquent accounts
- Regular monitoring of status of the collateral and account
- All other tasks that maybe assigned by his superior
