Qualifications:- Possesses in-depth knowledge of legal frameworks related to collections, forfeited accounts, and asset preservation.
Has extensive experience in remedial actions, collections, and asset recovery, preferably within a financial or legal environment.- With excellent communication and negotiation skills.
With at least 1 year related experience.

Develops and implements targeted strategies for the complete recovery of arrearages associated with forfeited accounts.
- Utilizes efficient and ethical collection methods to optimize recovery outcomes.
Collaborates with the team to create comprehensive plans for maintaining the integrity of forfeited accounts.- Maximizes strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the overall value of the assets.
Engages in negotiations with buyers to secure settlements that cover the full amount of arrearages.
- Provides transparent and timely updates on the progress of collection efforts.
Performs additional tasks as required.
