JOB SUMMARY: The Collection Officer handles the collection activities for Consumer Loan. He/she is responsible for managing the
collection of outstanding debts from clients and initiate payment arrangement, as necessary, to mitigate losses.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve past due accounts and recover non-performing loans, not limited to collection, skip-tracing, repossession, endorsement for litigation as well for third party collection agency
- Perform tele and field collection in accordance to company policies and regulations
- Secure client payments and settling account matters through effective negotiations
- Coordinate with collection agency for handling of outsourced accounts
- Generate and analyze collection reports

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
