Job Title: Collection Executive/Telemarketer

Location: 35th Floor, Robinsons Summit Center, 6783 Ayala Ave, Bel-Air, Makati City

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM; 4 days off per month (rotation). If scheduled to work on statutory holidays, you will be paid 2-3 times your salary in accordance with Philippine laws.

Responsibilities:

• Remind customers to make timely loan payments.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage customer accounts.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above.
• Relevant experience in collections or telemarketing is preferred.
• Not pregnant.
• Not currently enrolled as a student.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary: 645/day
• Incentives: Up to 12,000 monthly (performance-based)
• Payment Schedule: Biweekly
• Benefits: Statutory social insurance
