Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Associate/ Officer at East West Banking Corporation located in Makati. The Collection Associate/Officer will be responsible on the following:
- Responsible for the precise evaluation of past due portfolio through accurate and timely review of account work queue.
- Ensures the need to meet individual indicators and targets.
- Perform collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from loan borrowers
- Maintain acceptable levels of customer satisfaction in a collections enviroment.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's internal policiess as well as with external rules and regulations, e.g. of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Graduate ofany 4-year course. Preferably any business course.
- With at least 1 year experience for credit and collections
