Collection Assistant

• Must have analytical, problem-solving, decision-making at a given time.
  

• Prepares Collection Report , Voucher, Account Ledger, Check writing.
  

• Management / Custodianship of Funds / Petty Cash etc.
  

• Petty Cash Fund, Funds allocation for Purchase Order
  

• Ensure that all transactions are accounted before End of Business Day (EOBD)
  

• Consummates all transactions within the given deadline period.
  

• Initiates phone calls, or writing to debtors/ lease creditors, to ask them to pay the debt back.
  

• Contacts debtors/ lease creditors and collects payments and repayments in person.
  

• Assists the Enforcement Monitoring Staff in negotiating repayment plans that debtors can manage.
  
• QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or other related course.

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in treasury and/or accounting operations specially in collections.

Must be proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Applications

• Must have good written and oral communication skills

Must be willing to work in Taguig City.

• Must possess good moral character.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
