JOB DESCRIPTION:a. Handle communications for Collection Division Head.
b. Organize and assist division on meetings, conferences and direct calls when required.
c. Manage and maintain filing system implemented in the organization.
d. Attend to clerical duties that involve ordering for collection supplies.
e. Prepare and check documentations of collections.
- 2. Reports and Accountabilities
a. Assist collection head for the preparation of reports.
b. Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the Division Head as needed.
a. Inter Division correspondence on Write Off concerns and deliverables.
b. Tracking and collation of documentary requirements such as Demand Letters, Final Demand Letters, Atty's Demand Letters, Affidavits, Agency Certification for Non Recovery etc.
c. Reports deficiencies to direct Supervisor.
d. Tasked to send out Collection Letters to customers for write off purposes.
