About the Role:
Were looking for a Collateral Management Analyst to join our global treasury practice. In this role, youll play a key part in improving our collateral management practices within the insurance and reinsurance sectors, focusing on scalability and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement & Monitor: Oversee collateral management processes and state deposit monitoring.
- Metrics Reporting: Collate and report metrics to demonstrate progress toward group goals.
- Documentation Coordination: Manage documentation with third-party contacts (trustees, banks, reinsurers).
- Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain company records and databases.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide assistance on collateral matters across various teams.
- Control Monitoring: Ensure compliance with controls related to collateral management and SOX requirements.
- Issue Identification: Report any concerns related to insurance/reinsurance trust accounts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in collateral management and/or treasury practices.
- Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Education: BA in Finance or a related field with 3-5 years of finance experience. A professional qualification in treasury or finance is a plus.
