High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 years experience in a restaurant kitchen
Working knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation guidelines
Experienced in choosing, preparing and presenting cold foods.
Knife skills (cutting, chopping, carving and dicing)
Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holiday, as required
Knowledge of basic culinary techniques
Good communication and task management
Adaptable and teachable
Can start immediately
