Job Overview
We are seeking Cold Callers / Lead Generation Specialists to join our client's expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to pre-qualified leads and generating interest in our financial restructuring services. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during USA business hours (EST). You will be working alongside the client's sales team in the USA, providing essential support by identifying potential clients and qualifying leads for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads in the USA, engaging potential clients in conversations about our financial services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify the needs and challenges of potential clients and assess if they are a good fit for our services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with our in-house sales team for deeper engagement and closure of deals.
- CRM Management: Accurately input data and update lead information in the company's CRM system (Lead Track by National Data Systems).
- Achieving Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and call volume targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the USA-based sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for closing.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in cold calling, lead generation, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiar with CRM software (preferably Lead Track by National Data Systems or similar) and basic computer skills.
- Sales-Driven: Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations to generate interest in our services
Work Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Manila time)
Work Setup: Office-based
