Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays and shift may vary between 8pm-5am to 9pm-6am (subject to change based on business requirements)
- Work set-up: Onsite Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa
Salary range: 20,000-25,000 plus incentives
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments- Engage with leads following a given script to see their availability for an appointment
Organize meetings through a calendar application for sales representatives with key decision-makers
- Ensure to follow up with leads to meet their needs and verify that appointments are attended
Outstanding English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior BPO outbound call handling experience is a plus but not required
Excellent phone etiquette with a solid ability to build rapport quickly over the phone- Professional and courteous disposition with a customer-first approach
Willing to work in our Alabang location
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting and/or similar
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Strong attention to detail, especially when booking specific times and dates
