This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller at TransLinguist. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments. The role also involves providing information about our services and maintaining a database of contacts.

• Cold calling, Sales, and Communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and appointment setting
• Customer service orientation
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the language services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
