As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving solar adoption by generating leads, engaging in cold calls, and setting appointments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Actively engage in cold calling to identify potential customers interested in residential solar solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations and appointments for prospects with the client's solar specialists.
- Customer Outreach: Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar energy and the offerings, helping them make informed decisions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize tools like Go High Level to manage leads, track sales activities, and follow up with prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales & Cold Calling: Strong background in sales with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Solar Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a significant advantage.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Go High Level (or similar CRM tools) is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with homeowners, explain technical concepts clearly, and confidently handle objections.
