Job Responsibilities:_
- Takes care of production efficiency, administrative tasks, customer happiness and overall shop cleanliness, oversees all aspects of the operation
Responsible for overseeing staff- Train and manage employees
Supervisors train staff members to use equipment and teach their employees procedures to help customers.
They may oversee application materials, interview candidates and contact new hires.- Monitoring the quality of coffee being served
Ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction and follow up on customer complaints
- Feature customer comment boxes where customers can provide specific details about their experiences in the shop.
Ensuring that all sales are recorded accurately.- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Order the equipment and supplies needed for the store

Qualifications:_
Proven experience as a coffee shop Supervisor- Able to lead, motivate, and manage staff
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong customer service focus
Knowledge of the industry and coffee-making techniques
Secondary training
