As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams.

• Your typical day will involve working with COBOL, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions.

• Roles & Responsibilities: -

Lead the development and deployment of advanced applications using COBOL and associated technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques.

Provide vision to Application Development Teams, utilizing an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in COBOL and associated technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

• Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill:

Expert proficiency in COBOL.

• Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience with mainframe technologies.

• Additional Good To Have Skills:

Knowledge of cloud-first and mobile-first development, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques.

Experience with designing and implementing complex applications.

• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including software design, testing, and deployment.

• Additional Information: -

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in COBOL.

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
