QUALIFICATIONS:- Responsible in the Nesting of plates to be cut using AutoCAD and FastCAM Softwares.
Create NC programs for CNC Plasma Cutting Machine.- Avoid excessive off cuts/scrap and maximize the use of plates.
Can operate CNC Plasma Cutting Machine.
- Able to read and interpret drawings.
Inspect materials to be cut using various measuring devices.- Label/mark material for traceability.
Keep track of the material being cut, recording and updating.
- Perform regular Good Housekeeping Duties on his area.
Make sure all consumables are available, request if needed.- Ensure company rules and safety procedures are followed.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experienced in the programing and operations of CNC Plasma Machine. Able to read drawings and know how to use measuring tools (measuring tape, Vernier caliper, Micrometer etc.)
- Must know how to use overhead crane.
Knowledge with various Metal Grades and Specifications.- Experience in Steel Fabrication environment.
High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma.
- Good communication skills.
Team Player and ability to solve problems.- Minimum 2 year experience.
Can works under pressure.
