We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Operator to help manufacture high-quality eyewear frames. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure the precise production of eyewear components. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to cut and shape eyewear components according to design specifications and production requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or errors, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products
for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.Perform routine maintenance
on CNC machines to keep them in good working condition.Troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area,
following safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent;
technical certification or training in CNC machining is preferred.Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Strong attention to detail
and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
related to CNC machinery.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
