Coordinate internal resources involving all machines and equipment for execution of projects- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget through the maximization of the utilization and proper allocation of resources and manpower
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop project plans to monitor and measure progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Ensure that all machines and equipment are properly maintained and are in optimal working condition- Optimize workflow and production processes to constantly improve operational efficiency
Ensures that status of projects and tasks are constantly updated in the assigned systems
- Prepare and furnish proper reports to ensure a smooth flow of operations
Maintains relevant inventory and stock levels, ensuring all materials required are available when needed- See to it that company standards and values are upheld, in terms of quality, service and work ethics
