Crafting Strategy
-Develop compelling sales funnels with static lead magnets and Video Sales Letters (VSLs)
-Tailor copywriting for specific platforms (email, Instagram, YouTube) to maximize engagement
-Design visual presentations for both long and short-form videos, static images
Overseeing and meeting with the team who implement the strategy day-to-day
Analyzing the data & A/B testing with ability to give options on how to adjust strategy based on the metrics
Targeted Ad Strategy:
-Develop a targeted ad strategy on Google Display, YouTube, and Meta.
-Tailor campaigns for both traditional real estate audiences (buyers & sellers) and agent attraction
Aork with our established video editor and actually run the ad campaigns themselves
Experience and Proficiency:
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Internet speed and fluency in American English
IMPORTANT
Should have in-depth knowledge in:
- crafting highly effective sales funnels,
- copywriting specific to the various platforms (email vs. Instagram vs. YouTube, etc)
- visual presentation strategy for long & short-form video for the various platforms, static images, etc
- Targeted Ad strategy on Google Display, YouTube, and Meta for our target audience in both the traditional real estate space (buyers & sellers) as well as in the agent attraction space
