Job description
- Undertake necessary activities to support/ full set-up and implementation of Maximo which will include mass data clean-up, upload and liaising with IT to properly configure interface and user-access
- Assist with the development of business processes, training materials and provision of user-training for Maximo
- Act as Maximo gatekeeper to understand, evaluate and recommend or advise LRMC management, as necessary, on end-user change requests and ensure that change requests are documented, properly tested and implemented with minimal disruption to other user-departments
- Manage/assist on the interface between Maximo and other systems, like Oracle (Fusion and EPBCS), especially as it pertains to inventory and issuance of spare parts
- Develop recurring/ad-hoc Maximo-related reports and metrics to support management decision-making, especially on assets and inventory
- Act as the in-house business analyst for Maximo and other systems, as necessary, through liaison with end-user teams and the system administrators (who are responsible for technical re-configurations). This includes ensuring that the requested changes by the end-user are reasonable and properly implemented.
- Implement, together with the system administrator, all necessary functionalities and controls as required by the end-user
- Ensure all changes in the system are properly tested and analyzed in terms of overall impact to other related processes
Experience
- At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in asset management, ERP system implementation and administration
- Prior experience with Maximo or any similar asset management system required
- Experience in project management preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or any similar field
