Job Responsibilities:
Conduct patrol on the premises to prevent and detect signs
of intrusion and ensure the security and safety of the property,
Team Members, Visitors, and Guests.
Respond to any alarms, investigate, and report to the
management the causes of activation.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees,
visitors, and other persons to prevent theft and maintain
the security of the premises.
Create reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as
equipment or property damage, theft, the presence of unauthorized
persons, or unusual occurrences.
Respond to and report fire emergencies and other
man-made/natural calamities.
Inform individuals of rule violations or breaches and,
if necessary, use force to apprehend or remove offenders from the area.
Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent
the passage of prohibited items such as illegal drugs, firearms,
and other forms of a deadly weapons.
Escort or drive a motor vehicle to transport individuals
to specified locations and to provide personal protection.
Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery
to ensure operational use and detect tampering evidence.
Assist during the cash transfer, escort the armored vehicle
to transport money and valuables to prevent theft and ensure safe delivery.
Perform Casino related transactions such as table fills and credit,
cash escorts, drop box collection, EGM collection, and card delivery.
Respond and assist to any medical emergencies and provide
the first aid as necessary.
Provide escort and assistance to sensitive areas and ensure
that only authorized person/s can enter the area.
Respond to and assist the guest's concerns and inform
the immediate superior for further actions if necessary.
Provide crowd control and VIP escorts during special
events that take place on the property.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or any related course.
Sound knowledge of the department's Internal
Control Procedures.
Knowledge of other relevant Internal Control
Procedures of the operations of the Casino.
Must possess good interpersonal skills
