Job Description

Position Summary:

As the Club Manager of Anytime Fitness in Consolacion, Cebu City, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the fitness club. Your primary focus will be to ensure the club runs efficiently, meets financial targets, and provides exceptional service to members. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of staff, drive membership sales, and ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Club Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the fitness club, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure that the facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped according to company standards.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and compliance with company guidelines.
Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage club staff, including fitness trainers, receptionists, and cleaning personnel.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll and attendance records.
Membership Sales and Retention:
  • Drive membership sales through effective marketing strategies, outreach programs, and promotional activities.
Develop and implement member retention programs and ensure high levels of member satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Financial Management:
  • Manage the club's budget, including expenses and revenue, to meet financial targets and ensure profitability.
Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly profit and loss statements.
  • Oversee inventory management, including purchasing and controlling supplies and equipment.
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Implement customer service standards and ensure all staff adhere to them.
  • Organize and promote club events, classes, and fitness programs to enhance member engagement.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure the club complies with all health and safety regulations, including maintenance of equipment and cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide training on emergency procedures and first aid to staff.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance the club's presence and reputation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Reporting and Administration:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on club performance, including sales, membership numbers, and financial metrics.
Maintain accurate records of member contracts, payments, and other administrative documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.
  • Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle member complaints effectively.
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment, health and safety standards, and industry trends.
Certifications: Relevant fitness or business management certifications are a plus.
  • Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
