Key Responsibilities

1. Organize Inventory Counting, Ensure Inventory Accuracy

-

Make inventory counting plans as required by Lazada, conduct inventory counting of in-stock

items, complete inventory counting reports and handle inventory gains and losses.

Report any observed inventory discrepancies, and provide risk warnings for potential

inventory losses.

2. Handling of Unsellable Items

-

Communicate with relevant personnel about unsellable items in the warehouse and promote

the processing of unsellable items.

3. Monitor Replenishment Progress, Ensure Production Waves

-

Continuously monitor the progress and quality of replenishment to ensure that

replenishment meets production wave requirements.

4. Manage In-stock Team Personnel

-

Manage all personnel in the in-stock team, ensure that each employee is clear about their

job responsibilities and proficient in their work skills.

Ensure that the overall performance of the in-stock team meets the company's KPI

requirements.

5. afety and Compliance

-

Follow all safety operating procedures to avoid accidents and injuries during working.

Participate in company-provided safety and compliance training to ensure thorough

understanding and implementation of relevant standards.

6. Team Collaboration

Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Provide support and complete other tasks assigned by the team.

7. Other Responsibilities

Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations and business needs.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.

2. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and related equipment.

3. Good organizational and communication skills.

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication skills in both English and the local language.

7. Good physical strength and stamina, capable of performing physical labor.

8. Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including overtime and weekend work.
