Position: Junior Cloud Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Company Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: 4 days and 11 hours workweek Rotational Schedule
Salary Offer: Php30,000 - Php 35,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Work Set-up
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a customer service/support role is required.
Computer application-based technical support experience or IT experience.
Experience with cloud-based software (SaaS)
Previous call center experience
Advanced English skills
Must be amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Phone and email support
Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project
Conduct a quality check on researched data and information.
Respond to client communications and concerns in a timely manner.
