The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, has the ability to think strategically, and is able to solve both business, and technical challenges.

The Cloud DevOps engineer requires technical competency in various aspects of technology (Infrastructure, Cloud, DevSecOps, Application development, analytics) and must possess mastery in at least 2 of the areas mentioned. The Cloud DevOps engineer must also be able to articulate the business value of Corporate IT solutions.

• Responsibilities:

• Mid to Senior Level (with 2-3 years of experience)

Partner with internal Corporate IT Application and Service Delivery teams to define, implement and operate a platform support model that leverages Cloud first principles

• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with third party vendors, IT Management, and developers

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

• Understand existing processes and identifying how to improve and streamline them in order to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Working knowledge on DevOps or Agile methodologies is preferred.

Enforce standard methodologies, processes and tools and ensure compliance to enterprise architecture, regional information security policies and overall company IT strategy.

• Technical skills:

4+ years of work experience in technical roles at a consulting/professional services company or cloud provider

• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS in enterprise class environments. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud

Experience in 1-2 areas that's a technology passion such as infrastructure modernization, data management, application development, data and analytics, security and compliance, networking, SRE, migration and program management.

• Hands on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Has working knowledge on scripting and automation languages and tools e.g. with Python.

• Background in working with Linux and Windows OS environments

• Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM
