Core Responsibilities
- Setup/Maintain Application Delivery Pipeline (CI/CD)
Build/Maintain Cloud Infrastructure (Infra-as-Code)- Deploy/Maintain Backing Services needed by the Application Stack.
Desired Knowledge- Strong foundational knowledge of DevOps.
Has basic understanding of Cloud concepts.
- Has the desire and capability to automate manual processes.
Ensures quality by integrating quality gates in the delivery process.- Monitors and maintains application delivery pipelines, cloud infrastructure, application stack and backing services.
Intellectual curiosity with willingness and desire to learn a new environment and tools to advance one's own knowledge of the platform.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills to manage software deployments and operation management.
Strong communication (verbal /written) and listening skills who can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner
Desired Skills (Tools) CI/CD Tool: Gitlab CI (Bonus: Github Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
Container Orchestration: Kubernetes- Infrastructure Provisioning: Terraform (Bonus: CloudFormation)
Cloud Providers: AWS, Google Cloud
- Logging / Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
Scripting: Bash (Bonus: Python)
