Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures- Assist Management Team in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Actively maintains a global brand image
- Assist Management Team in leading store meetings
Oversee daily store operations- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
Additional store manager trainee duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Those with honors will be considered first)
Proven successful experience as a retail store manager, preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience as a store manager in a clothing store/brand- Proven leadership skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills- Strong customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches
Willing to work under varying schedulesProficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
