We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join HLA as a Clothing Store Manager Trainee.

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of managing a bustling clothing store while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Assist Management Team in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Actively maintains a global brand image

• Assist Management Team in leading store meetings

Oversee daily store operations

• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)

Additional store manager trainee duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Those with honors will be considered first)

Proven successful experience as a retail store manager, preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience as a store manager in a clothing store/brand

• Proven leadership skills and business orientation

Customer management skills

• Strong organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people

Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches

Willing to work under varying schedules

Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,

• 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
